This mountain house is built on three levels, it offers a high degree of comfort and can accomodate up to 12 people. Inside, you will enjoy the magnificent view towards the surrounding mountains and the hamlet of Saint Pons. Lots of space (215 sqm), sunshine from early morning to sunset, and the silence will make your holiday unforgettable.

Location of the house:
The house is located just outside the hamlet of les Silves at a height of 1,380 m. The town of Seyne-les-Alpes is located at 3 km from the house. Almost all bedrooms enjoy exposure to the south with views towards the Grand Puy & Chabanon. Sunshine is exceptional (from +/- 1 hour after sunrise until just minutes before the sunset!).

Equipment of the house:
Washer, dryer, dishwasher, electric oven, 5 induction cooking plates, microwave, fridge, freezer, raclette & fondue sets, two electric barbecues & an outside authentic wood/charcoal barbecue, WiFi, games. The cottage has central heating with wood pellets complemented by solar energy (6 solar panels).
